• Refunds are subject to our refund policy outlined in the service agreement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, curriculum, software, and resources provided by The Code Kid are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:
